We are a new and innovative yoga studio near Avenida del Mediterráneo. Our mission is to make yoga accessible to all stages of life so everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness -on and off the mat. Inner peace, consciousness, respect for diversity and the environment are at the core of our teachings.
Our Studio offers a broad range of classes in English and Spanish, suitable for all ages and levels. We are open for morning, afternoon and evening classes. From Prenatal yoga, kids and family yoga to beginners, restorative, yin, slow flow and dynamic classes, plus longer courses and workshops. Not forgetting our Meditation and Mindfulness classes.

The studio
Our peaceful wheelchair accessible studio is 175m² and has two fully equipped studios. We have separated changing rooms for yogis & yoginis with showers, and there are lockers in the corridor. Yoga mats, straps, blankets, bricks and bolsters are provided free of charge in all studios -you are welcome to bring yours with you if you prefer.
Meet our Founder
Rocío, our Founder and Teacher, was trained in London where she was mentored by leading international teachers from a variety of yoga traditions. She has recently moved back to her home-town Almería to share her knowledge and passion with everyone, regardless of age, gender and lifestyle. Her classes are focused on conscious breathing and meditative sequences with a special connection to yoga philosophy and sound, which resonate strongly with her own personal journey.
